Insurance Coverage

For those with insurance coverage, our billing manager will bill your insurance company directly. You will be responsible for your co-pay or deductible paid at the time of your visit.  If you need an authorization from your primary care provider (doctor) or your managed care company, you will need to have that completed prior to your first visit.
